We’re happy that you‘ve chosen one of our tents. Please note that we make all tents to order and, therefore, at the moment require a period of up to 2 months for their completion. We can tell you more about the duration after writing us:
To place an order, please email us the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org
- linen or wool
- tent type and size,
- special requirements, e.g. additional entrance (on which side), divided standers (only for saxon tent),
- billing and delivery address,
- telephone number.
We always try to help you in the best way with your wishes but cannot solve everything. But check with us and together we can surely come up with a good solution.
To confirm your order, we require a 50% advance per bank transfer. On receipt of order we provide you with our bank information per email. As soon as the advance has been booked on our account we give you the approximate delivery date. The invoice is sent to you on completion. We ship your tent after receiving the remaining payment.
Please note that we don’t store completed tents longer than a month. Failing to settle the invoice within that time will result in cancelling your order and forfeiting the advance.
By transferring the advance you agree to the terms listed above.
We calculate the shipping cost individually for each order, aiming to find the most praiseworthy solution.
The tents are made according to your wishes and nothing we have in stock, therefore, the tents are to be considered a custom made product. In this case you don’t have the standard 14 days return right. After you have payed the down payment to us we have an agreement that we will make your tent and that you will make the rest of the payment when the tent is done. If you fail to make the last payment we will put your tent up for selling on our website and the down payment will not be returned.
We hope this never happens.
